Feedback

Wondering how many leaders you've known take the approach to feedback like Carol Bartz, CEO of Yahoo who wants to hear the answers to "How am I doing?" "What should I be doing differently?" In an inspiring interview in the New York Times, Bartz admits that "At first, people are shocked when you ask them that..." She goes on to say, "you have to keep probing and make it safe."
